Do you have a garden that’s producing more than your family can use? Our school’s food service program would love to put your extra fruits and vegetables to good use, right on the lunch trays of our students!

Fresh, locally grown produce not only adds flavor and nutrition to school meals, but it also helps teach our children the value of healthy eating and community support.

How You Can Help:

  • Donate any extra fruits and vegetables from your garden.

  • Make sure items are clean, fresh, and in good condition.

  • Drop off donations at the Montrose School anytime from 7:30 am-4:00 pm or contact Makenzi at (605) 363-5025 to schedule a time that works for you.

Your generosity can help provide students with the wholesome, farm-to-table meals they deserve and reduce food waste in the process.

For more information or to arrange a donation, please contact Makenzi Miles, Business Manager at (605) 363-5025.

Let’s work together to nourish our kids and build a stronger, healthier community!
