
We are looking for an individual to serve as a Guide Runner for an athlete in Track & Field. This is a paid position. The individual(s) would need to attend practices and meets to assist a runner with a visual impairment by verbally guiding them around the track. Today's Parkston Classic has been postponed to tomorrow, December 31st. Game times remain the same: Girls vs Wessington Springs at 11:00am, followed by Boys vs Wall at 12:30pm.

The Third Graders enjoyed a Cozy Cocoa Cafe Writers Celebration recently. They also performed "Bob, the Goofy Reindeer" and "The Twelve Days of Christmas. . .Vacation" for Mr. Johnson, Mrs. McGregor and other staff. Breakfast was served with hot cocoa!

Today's JH Girls Basketball game at Howard and the JH Boys Basketball game vs. Howard in Salem have both been cancelled. The HS Doubleheader against Chester is still on as scheduled.

Biology made one pagers answering the question " What is an ecosystem and how can understanding them help us protect them?"





The Physics class made one-pagers to show their understanding of the question "How can matter, enery, and forces be used to understand the world around us?"




The Parkston Classic matchups for Monday, December 30 have been announced. Our Girls will play against Wessington Springs at 11:00am followed by our Boys against Wall at 12:30pm in Parkston.

Animal Science class worked with swine simulators to learn how to process piglets to optimize their health.





Hot Chocolate Fundraiser for Prom will only run this Tuesday, December 17th, due to the semester testing schedule at the end of this week. If you are going to preorder for a class, please let us know by 3:00 P.M. today in order for us to ensure we have enough supplies! Thank you for supporting prom!

High school math classes decorated a festive "geometree" with mathematical shapes. Geometric solids such as pentagons, pyramids, cones, cubes (and more) make our tree both beautiful AND educational!
